SASKTEL

EXPERIENTIAL AND DIGITAL CAMPAIGN

SaskTel, you’ve heard of them right? They’re Saskatchewan's leading information and communications technology (ICT) provider, offering a wide range of ICT products and services to keep you connected. In 2018 SaskTel was due for a refreshed experience, so that’s exactly what we did. Let us walk you through how we evolved the existing experience into something that wouldn’t be forgotten.

SASKTEL EXPERIENCE TRAILER 2013-2017

The SaskTel Experience Trailer was our first big jump to a major event marketing experience and it made a huge statement at any event it was a part of. It was important to SaskTel to have a space that could adapt to suit the needs of any event we went to.

Spanning the length of 45 feet with interchangeable graphics and activation space inside and out, we modified this trailer 12 times over 5 years.

SASKTEL CUBED

In 2018 SaskTel was due for a refreshed experience. After years of transporting the large trailer around the province, we knew we needed more layout options to accommodate the needs of the events we were attending. Talking inspiration from shipping containers we began to design a modular experience that  could be positioned in a variety of ways.

THE TEAM

SaskTel wanted their brand ambassadors to look approachable and comfortable while maintaining a look that represented their brand colours.

Our design team moodboarded some ideas, which lead us to creating 3 different looks that can worn weather depending.

The result - a great looking team with the confidence to take on anything.

SMART HOME

SmartHOME can be a challenge to understand for most consumers, we wanted to create a hands on digital experience that gave customers the opportunity to interact with the alarm.com app and see how it controls their home.

Captive filmed 6 common scenarios where having a smartHOME comes in handy and we linked it to the app which gave patrons a birds eye view of how to operate the most commonly used accessories. Being able to show patrons how easy smartHOME got them excited about

MAX TV STREAM

When maxTV Stream launched in 2018 our main challenge was to get customers to understand how it differed  from regular maxTV and where this new product could fit into their life.

Since getting a reliable internet connection at our events is often a challenge, we decided that we needed to create a guided maxTV Stream experience titled,  “Build your Binge.”  This gave us the ability to walk patrons through all of the great features of the service no matter where we were in the province.
